If Your Concern Is About a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If there is a problem with work done in your home, it usually helps to take it up with the provider first and keep a written record.

Please tell us as well. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Understand, though, that Lovelypromote Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, give refunds for a provider's work or act for a provider.

What to Send

• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
• The provider's name, if you know it
• What happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, answer it and ask us to take another look. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be another option.
